Clinching Machine (Rivetless Riveting Machine)
Tog-L-Loc clinch process is to produce permanent deformation or locking of the metal to be connected by means of punch and die. There are four kinds of clinch tooling available: Tog-L-Loc, Lance-N-Loc, Oval-Loc and V-Loc.
Advantages of BTM Clinching (Compared with Traditional Techniques)
- Stationary BTM Clinching Machine
Our stationary BTM clinching machine features floor-standing structure with good body rigidity, and is designed with a pneumatic-hydraulic power cylinder in the pressurization system. This clinching equipment is available with capacity of 8T and 15T two models.
- Hand-Held Clinching Unit
Handheld clinching unit is specially designed for fastening sheet metal assemblies in an economical manner, featuring good sturdiness, durability and convenience for operating.
- Clinch Tooling
The clinching system applies tooling to draw and form metal into interlocks, thus joining. 4 types of tooling are offered: Tog-L-Loc, Lance-Loc, Oval-Loc and V-Lock.
- Energy-saving and eco-friendly
Up to 80% energy-saving compared with traditional equipment, no need for polishing, plating and painting after clinch joining.
With clinching technique, production cycle and waste can be reduced, which is cost-effective.
- One-step process
No need for rivets, screws or buttons, sheet metal joining can be finished within one step.
