Low configuration MFDC resistance welding machine E series
Application
Low configuration MFDC resistance welding machines are primarily used for spot welding and projection welding processes, such as the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other alloys.
Feature
- The resistance welding machine power ranges between 55KVA to 440KVA.
- The maximum short circuit current of our welding machine ranges between 18KA to 60KA.
- At an air pressure of 6bar, the welding pressure of our welder ranges between 2510N to 15000N.
- A circular shaft guiderail pressure welding head is standard for this type of welding equipment. The effective throat depth is 950mm.
- A one-stroke cylinder is a standard configuration for our welding machine, however, as a double stroke cylinder and servo electric cylinder are both compatible, customers can choose from those as well.
Benefits
- High-Efficiency Precision Welding
With a short-circuit current of up to 60 kA, 5ms response time, and ±3% current control accuracy, this resistance welder is suitable for high-precision projection welding applications.
- Smart & Fast Integration
Standard PROFINET industrial fieldbus support enables efficient integration into automated production lines and digital welding workshops.
- Intelligent Maintenance System
With a full-time CRM after-sales system and AI work order scheduling, supporting rapid fault response, remote diagnosis, and repair. This reduces equipment downtime losses and lowers maintenance costs.
